Warehouse Summary

  • The District Warehouse services all district sites with essential bulk maintenance, custodial and office supplies and delivery of said items, along with the receiving and distribution of district purchase orders. We also assist in scheduling document disposal and document housing. Other duties include an inter-district mailing service and inventorying all received purchase orders and fixed assets. 

  • Records Retention & Shredding

    This form is for the approval of any amount of records/documents that are dropped off at or picked up by the District Warehouse. Whether it is one box or 20 boxes, this form needs to be filled out and signed by a department head or by the Principal's Secretary approving of all records/documents' cessation. This form also allows for indicating per bundle of records/documents whether they'll need:

    Shredding ASAP

    Temporarily Housed (Provide the year needed for shredding)

    Permanently Housed

    After this form is signed, please give it to Warehouse staff at the time of pick-up/delivery of records/documents.

  • Box Top Shred ID

    Please tape this form to the top of every box containing your documents/records. The form allows you to choose whether you want the contents shredded asap, temporarily housed or permanently housed. If you choose "temporarily housed"- please write in the year the contents need to be shredded.
